Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary on-site representative responsible for total project delivery, including safety, scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Manage all phases of project execution: preconstruction, design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Lead subcontractor selection, contract administration, change management, RFIs, and pay applications.
Establish and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, integrating field progress and resource leveling.
Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
Direct and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain alignment and resolve field issues.
Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, superintendents, and field engineers.
Track financial performance and forecast project costs to control budgets proactively.
Produce and present weekly and monthly progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and field experience).
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager within the general contracting industry.
Proven ability to lead projects valued between $10 million and $100 million of industrial or large commercial projects
Thorough knowledge of construction means and methods, drawings, specifications, and industry codes.
Strong proficiency in project management and construction software tools, such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, MicroSoft office.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
Must be self-directed, organized, and capable of managing multiple active projects.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently or relocate temporarily to project sites across the continental U.S.
Authorized to work in the United States and fluent in English.
