Summary
We're seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to produce small, advanced precision components for industries where failure is not an option. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple machines while maintaining quality, efficiency, and consistency.
You'll play a critical role in setting up, programming, running, and refining CNC Milling operations, while also contributing to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the shop.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up and operate CNC Milling machines to produce close-tolerance precision components in low quantities
· Program using G-code and interactive programming, optimizing cycle times and part quality
· Simultaneously manage and monitor multiple machines while maintaining dimensional accuracy
· Interpret engineering drawings to ensure parts meet exact specifications
· Inspect parts using a wide range of precision measuring equipment, including parts produced internally and by outside vendors
· Develop, refine, and document manufacturing processes and procedures to support repeatable, efficient production
· Provide technical expertise and assist in training and mentoring other machinists as needed
· Communicate clearly with team members regarding process improvements, quality issues, and production priorities
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
· Stay current with new machining techniques, tooling, and best practices
Required Qualifications
· Proven experience setting up and operating CNC Milling machines
· Strong proficiency in G-code programming and advanced CNC machining concepts
· Solid understanding of engineering drawings, and shop mathematics
· Experience working with Fanuc controls
· Demonstrated ability to use a variety of precision measuring devices
· Strong organizational and documentation skills
· Effective verbal communication and a collaborative mindset
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve

· Full-time position in a clean, modern, air-conditioned facility

Schedule:
· Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts
· Overtime required with production needs
Pay: $ $29.39 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
