KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a book of commercial business (middle-market focus, $50K premiums)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs assessments and risk analysis
- Present comprehensive insurance solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (risk management, claims, operations)
- Cross-sell across platforms
- Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates
- Active P&C license
- Middle-market account experience
- Proven new business development track record
