Field Commercial Property Claims Adjuster - Large Loss
Remote | MUST be Pacific, Mountain or Central Time Zone (near a regional Airport hub)
We are seeking an experienced Field Large Loss Commercial Property Adjuster to handle large and complex property losses from initial inspection through resolution. Typical losses between $200K to $5M, manageable pending and 35% travel.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of Field commercial property claims experience
- Strong large-loss / complex commercial property experience
- Recent onsite hands-on field inspection experience
- Advanced Xactimate skills
- Ability to independently manage claims from start to finish
- Strong coverage, estimating and report-writing skills
- Comfortable working litigated files with attorneys and public adjusters
- Active adjuster license
- Ability to travel to loss locations as needed
