POSITION: Criterion Corporation is a multi-service facility management & base operations support provider to military installations has an opening for a full-time Project Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager must have a minimum of three years of experience within the last six years simultaneously managing three or more functions of base operating support services, or the commercial equivalent of similar magnitude and scope to general management, supply management, vehicle operations and maintenance management, traffic management, real property maintenance manager, fuels management, and airfield management. The Project Manager serves as the liaison between Criterion and the US Government. Therefore, this individual must be current on all government regulations and trends, and monitor compliance with Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act and other Federal regulations as required. The Project Manager is responsible for the safety of all personnel on the contract, to include subcontracts, and compliance with environmental standards and quality of work performed. This position is also responsible for monitoring budgets, contract performance, overall Quality Management, performance of subordinate supervisors, labor union matters, and other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Must comply with company policies, OSHA, and base safety
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening & physical
Required to follow oral and written directions in English
Must hold a Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook or similar programs
Prior Military and/or Contingency Operations experience desired
Bachelor’s degree preferred
