The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

- Provide expert insights on advanced product features, best practices, and industry trends to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Act as a client advocate, clearly communicating client feedback and requirements to internal Product and R&D teams.
- Occasionally travel to client sites as a subject matter expert to facilitate deeper collaboration and strategic consultations.
- Translate clients' business objectives into precise technical configurations.
- Design and execute tailored solutions and integration strategies to meet client needs.
- Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, proactively addressing and resolving challenges with innovative, client-specific solutions.
- Develop and implement minimum viable products (MVPs) for local solutions and automation to boost team efficiency and enhance client outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal Creative and Marketing teams to build tailored, client-specific materials.
- Create and deliver training sessions for internal and external clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- You're passionate about technology, client-focused solutions, and continuous learning.
- Skilled in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- You have strong analytical and technical skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- You're an excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and is skilled at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You enjoy solving complex challenges with creative and strategic solutions.
- You demonstrate autonomy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have experience working closely with Product and R&D teams, advocating effectively for client needs and insights.
