Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gaithersburg, MD, for a New Car Sales Manager. The New Car Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the sales team, manage the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, training and mentoring sales staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales of new vehicles with a focus on outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
- Strong understanding of Sales Processes and experience in New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and local market trends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
