Criswell Automotive currently has opportunities available for Tag and Title. We are seeking a talented individual with automotive experience and a background in tag and title. Communication, organization, attention to detail and timeliness are essential in this position. We are looking for motivated professionals who take initiative, looking to grow their careers and have the passion and drive to achieve excellence daily as well as the ability to adapt to changes.

• Previous automotive Title Clerk experience required
• Previous automotive Billing Clerk experience a plus
• Active Notary Public certification is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Understand deadlines and the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
• Experience working in a fast paced environment required
• Strong attention to detail is necessary
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required

Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals.

Strong communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Email, Excel and Word.

Great attitude & Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
