This role includes planning and leading practices, assisting with game strategy, and providing skill development for student-athletes of varied experience levels. The coach is responsible for reinforcing positive sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic accountability, in alignment with the school’s mission and values. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring player fitness, organizing equipment, helping manage game-day logistics, communicating with students and families, and collaborating with school staff and the head coach to ensure a safe, inclusive, and developmental environment. Qualifications
- Demonstrated Soccer Coaching experience, including fundamental skills instruction and team tactics.

- Background in Education or working with youth in school, club, or community sports settings.
- Coaching experience in soccer or related sports (e.g., football) and familiarity with conditioning and player development.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive team culture consistent with a Catholic, college-preparatory environment.
- Ability to supervise students safely, manage groups, and uphold school and league policies.
- Prior high school or club soccer coaching experience is preferred; relevant coaching licenses or certifications are a plus.
- Availability for after-school practices, games, and occasional weekend commitments during the season.
