Experience / Role Description: We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative / Estimator to grow our commercial janitorial services client base. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct site walkthroughs, prepare accurate service proposals and bids, and close contracts with commercial and institutional clients. High performers will earn strong recurring commissions on every account they bring in — month after month. Key responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning accounts in NY/ NJ Conduct on-site walkthroughs and assess client scope of work Prepare detailed, competitive bids and service proposals Present and negotiate contracts with decision makers Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with operations for smooth account onboarding Build long-term client relationships to support retention and upsells
Requirements Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience — required Experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facilities services — required Proven ability to estimate and price cleaning contracts Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field Valid driver's license Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Compensation & benefitsBase salary: $60.000 Commission: 2% of monthly contract value — recurring for the life of the account
