Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic and nail extensions, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in nail artistry, sanitation protocols, and customer service will ensure clients leave feeling pampered and confident. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic salon setting, helping clients look and feel their best every day.
Schedule is shifts during the week am and pm shifts. We are open Saturday & Sundays a shift on the weekend every other is a MUST.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and creativity
- Provide expert advice on nail care, color theory, and maintenance to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to boost client experience.
- Assist with maintaining equipment disinfection procedures and overall cleanliness to meet health regulations
Requirements
- Valid Nail Technician Licensed in MA
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylic application, and nail extensions
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices including disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences
- Knowledge of nail care techniques
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
