What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line/Prep Cook position at Crispy Karma?
The Onion Tree Pizza Co. located in the East Village (Manhattan) is hiring a Line/Prep Cook to join our team and help us as we expand.
We make everything fresh so applicants should not be afraid of prep.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for recipes
- Work the line during service
- Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation
- Put away deliveries and maintain organization
Requirements and skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a Line Cook
- Knowledge of English and Spanish language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
