Job Description:
Crispy Cones Orlando is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while contributing to the overall success of our store.
This is a fast paced store and a fast paced position. This person must be able to work quickly and multitask!
Crispy Cones Orlando will be a fun place to work, we are selling ice cream after all! We are offering flexible hours, base pay tips and free ice cream of course.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking and cleaning work areas.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Uphold Crispy Cones Orlando's standards of quality and service.
Qualifications:
- Previous food and beverage, retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, afternoons and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus.
