Part-time Cleaning Technician

Job Title: Residential & Rental Cleaner (Part-Time, Potential for Full-Time Hours)

Location: Warrenton, MO and surrounding areas (Innsbrook, Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, etc.)

Pay: Starting at $16/hour with opportunity to increase based on performance

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team at Crispy Clean – where clean meets pristine. This position is part-time but can quickly turn into 25–35 hours per week depending on performance and availability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cleaning residential homes on a recurring basis (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
• Cleaning Airbnb/rental properties (including same-day turnovers)
• Occasional deep cleans and move-out cleans
• Tasks include dusting, bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming, mopping, trash, and overall detailing
• Following detailed checklists and maintaining company standards

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (no weekends unless same-day turnover)
• Typical start time around 7:30 AM
• Hours vary based on workload (25–35 hours/week possible)

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Strong attention to detail (this is very important)
• Ability to work independently after training
• Comfortable working in different environments (homes, rentals, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a background check
