The Director of Marketing role at Heil Law Firm empowers a visionary leader to spearhead our marketing strategy across multiple offices. This is a key position crucial to advancing the firm's mission of delivering justice both inside and outside the courtroom. What you’ll do:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement a cohesive marketing plan with clear goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Digital Mastery: Manage online marketing across paid search, social media, and SEO, ensuring brand consistency.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and innovate within a 7-person team, enhancing structure and accountability.
• Vendor Management: Lead strategy sessions with SEO/PPC partners, ensuring effective and actionable insights.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and dashboards, driving data-informed decisions.
• Community Engagement: Develop and manage events that enhance our community presence and brand recognition.
• Budget Optimization: Ensure marketing spend delivers maximum ROI, aligning with firm objectives.
• Process Innovation: Build a robust operating system including tech stack evaluation and campaign management.
