Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Berwick, PA
Full-Time | 1st Shift
Reports to: VP of Engineering
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee all aspects of quality assurance in our precision CNC machine shop, including raw material inspection, machined part inspection, and final assembly checks. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise QC inspectors performing incoming raw material checks, in-process inspections, and final product audits.
- Verify all raw materials meet specifications and are properly documented (mill certs, material traceability, hardness, etc.).
- Ensure parts meet customer requirements through detailed inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, ect.
- Oversee quality checks of sub-assemblies and final assemblies to verify proper fit, finish, and function.
- Lead root cause investigations for non-conformances and drive corrective/preventive actions
- Train team members on quality standards, blueprints, and inspection procedures.
- Maintain inspection records, calibration logs, and propose compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to resolve material or assembly quality issues.
- Support internal and external audits and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
What You’ll Need:
- 3 years of QC experience in a machine shop, fabrication, or assembly environment
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, and inspection methods
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Epicor, JobBOSS, etc.)
- 10CFR50 appendix B nuclear compliance – desired, but will be trained

Pay: $23.93 - $28.82 per hour
