About the Role

This opportunity is with a mission driven professional services firm that helps families navigate some of life’s most important transitions such as aging, asset protection, long term care, and legacy planning. The team’s work is grounded in integrity, compassion, and accountability, empowering clients to protect what matters most through thoughtful guidance and strategic planning.

As Director of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in amplifying the firm’s message, expanding its reach, and driving measurable growth. You’ll lead a talented marketing team, develop and execute campaigns that convert, and partner closely with leadership to deliver results that truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a high performing marketing team with clear goals, KPIs, and accountability.
  • Build the Plan: Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy aligned with growth targets and brand positioning.
  • Drive Campaigns: Oversee implementation across digital channels including email, social, paid, web, and more to generate qualified leads and consultations.
  • Optimize ROI: Maintain client acquisition costs below target while improving campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Manage vendor relationships and community based referral initiatives.
  • Track Performance: Report key metrics such as lead flow, CAC, and conversions to leadership.
  • Protect the Brand: Ensure brand identity, voice, and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner with sales, intake, and operations to align marketing with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7 years of senior level marketing experience, ideally in B2C or high growth industries.
  • Proven success driving lead generation, lowering CAC, and improving ROI.
  • Expertise in campaign strategy, budget management, and data driven decision making.
  • Experience leading teams and managing external partners.
  • Strong technical fluency with CRMs, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A hands on leader who combines creativity with accountability.
