We’re a personal injury law firm rooted in integrity, compassion, and results — proudly serving individuals across Western Washington. Our team is committed to providing not just legal representation, but real support and peace of mind to those navigating the aftermath of serious car accidents. With a client-first mindset and deep expertise in auto injury claims, we advocate fiercely for the justice and compensation our clients deserve.

As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking to bring on a Case Manager / Negotiator who will play a vital role in our pre-litigation team. This is more than a support role — it’s a high-impact position responsible for client communication, document coordination, and, most importantly, negotiating directly with insurance adjusters to maximize case value. You’ll be the voice clients trust and the advocate who helps bring resolution when they need it most.

What you'll do:

  • Negotiation & Settlement Strategy: Lead negotiation efforts with insurance adjusters or opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for pre-litigation personal injury cases.
  • Demand Package Preparation: Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation to prepare compelling demand letters and case summaries.
  • Client Support & Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates, guide them through treatment schedules, discuss settlement offers, and ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the negotiation process.
  • Medical Records & Case Documentation: Request, organize, and analyze medical records and bills to support case development, demand preparation, and effective settlement negotiations.
  • Treatment Monitoring: Monitor treatment progress and follow up with clients to gather updates, address concerns, and facilitate necessary adjustments.
  • Insurance Claims Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end claims process to ensure timely, accurate submissions and maintain strong communication with insurance providers to help drive successful and efficient settlements.
  • Attorney Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys to relay critical case updates, share medical and settlement insights, and support strategy development and decision-making throughout the negotiation process.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and other key stakeholders to streamline case management and support favorable case outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • Background: 4–5 years of experience in a personal injury law firm, with a strong track record in pre-litigation case handling, client communication, and settlement negotiation. Experience reviewing medical records and working closely with attorneys or adjusters is essential. Candidates with prior experience as insurance claims adjusters or in similar roles are also encouraged to apply.
  • Negotiation-Ready Mindset: Brings confidence, clarity, and professionalism when communicating with insurance adjusters or opposing counsel. Understands how to evaluate case value and advocate effectively for fair settlements.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excels in reviewing medical records, organizing case files, and tracking deadlines. Manages high volumes of information with accuracy and consistency.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift. Willing to step in, solve problems, and adjust course as needed.
  • Proactive and Accountable: Operates with urgency and independence. Takes ownership of tasks, sees them through to completion, and contributes to an agile, outcomes-driven team.
  • On-site Role: This is an in-person role based in Tacoma, Washington. We believe some of the best collaboration — and client support — happens face-to-face, so if you're someone who thrives in a hands-on, team-driven environment, this role is a great fit for you.

Why you should work here:

  • Empowering Culture: Join a team that values your contribution, in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professional growth.
  • Impactful Work: Engage in meaningful work that makes a real difference in our clients' lives, with opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, extensive insurance options, and a nurturing work environment that values work-life balance.

Additional Perks:

  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Retirement plan
  • Paid time off
  • Health Savings Account
  • Life Insurance

If you’re looking for a role where your work directly improves people’s lives — and where your voice, drive, and empathy truly matter — we’d love to meet you. Join us in delivering exceptional results with heart, clarity, and purpose.
