Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager - Personal Injury Law to join our legal team. This role involves managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring efficient case progression, and providing exceptional client support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, legal research capabilities, and experience with various legal practice areas. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic law office environment, supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases, including case intake, documentation, and ongoing case development
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files using document management systems and case management software like PCLaw and iManage
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and evidence related to personal injury claims
- Coordinate with clients through interviewing and providing updates on case status
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including document review and evidence organization
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of case information in compliance with firm procedures
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing phone etiquette, and organizing meetings
- Collaborate with team members on litigation strategies across multiple practice areas including family law, workers' compensation law, landlord-tenant law, and others as needed
What We're Looking For (Simplified):

- 3–4 years of personal injury case management experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
