As a Case Manager at Lonati Law Firm, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive case files, communicating with clients and insurance carriers, and negotiating settlements.

- Full Cycle Case Management
- Manage all aspects of case management, from intake interviews to settlement and payments.
- Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and other necessary entities to ensure timely and effective treatment coordination.
- Assist clients in treatment coordination and educate them on their treatment options.
- Negotiate cases within parameters given by the attorney to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Order medical records and other key documents as needed throughout the case.
- Draft and send all necessary case documents, including Letters of Representation and Demands.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital files for each case.
- Make initial contact with potential new clients, representing the firm and determining if they are a good fit.
- Draft Demands and request medical bills.
- Oversee the entire case management cycle, from intake to settlement and payments.
- Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and empathetic support.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage all administrative tasks related to case management, ensuring that cases are completed efficiently and effectively.
- KPIs
- Client outreach: minimize time between client updates.
- Time to obtain records and bills from providers.
- Time to issue Demands.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in case management, preferably in personal injury law.
- Tangible, favorable-to-the-firm outcomes as a result of proactive case management.
- Ability to manage 80-100 cases simultaneously.
- Proactive and growth-oriented individual who can adapt to an evolving environment.
- Prior experience with legal-based client CRMs such as Filevine or similar.
- Detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex details.
- Adaptable and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
