The Role:
As part of the Service Crew, you are the face of our brand and embody what it means to Live Crisp. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with your team to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but our community in both the Service Line and through our Online Ordering platform
- Utilize training & tools to keep your station clean, crisp, and tidy while following and adhering to our Food Safety standard and procedures
- Let your personality shine through collaboration with teammates and interactions with our guests.
- Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
- Become a master at creating signature salads, grain-bowls, and smoothies while maintaining C&G quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
- Be Present - bringing a healthy, world class experience to our team and guests starts with being on-time, every time for your shifts

Job Requirements:
- Minimum
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable Transportation to attend scheduled shifts, on-time
- Preferred
- 1-year customer service experience
- Fast-casual experience
- High school diploma
- Drive to consistently improve and take on more

This job opportunity is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Independently owned and operated, CRISP & GREEN’s franchise organizations determine their own compensation, benefits, hiring decisions and career programs which may vary from company-owned locations
