Position Title:Paraprofessional – Activity Lab
Reports To:Principal
Primary Function:
Supervision of assigned students in the completion of enrichment enriched educational activities.
Requirements:
Educational Level: Appropriate 2 yr. degree or posting a passing score on the Paraprofessional Licensing Test.
Certification/Licensing: Eligible for a Valid Paraprofessional certificate.
Proficiency Skills: Written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of effective instructional techniques and strategies. Demonstration of fair and equitable classroom management skills.
Personal Skills: Pleasant personality, cooperative attitude, physical skills, and stamina to perform essential duties.
Salary: CCSS Classified Salary Schedule – A02 (Start pay $10.23- max pay $14.56. Steps awarded with verifiable experience), 190 days work/year
GENERAL
1.Maintains a pattern of prompt and regular attendance.

19.Handles ordering and inventory of classroom equipment and materials.
20.Adheres to and promotes copyright laws and system Acceptable Use Policy.
21.Demonstrates loyalty to the school, school system and administrators.
22.Enhances the climate of the building and the morale of colleagues.
23.Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
