Crisafulli Bros. Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented Account s Receivable Associate to join our office in Albany, NY!

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally build strong relationships through prompt, accurate service
• Verify customer and invoice information for accuracy; resolve invoicing questions and customer concerns, explain pricing and payment terms
• Review and accurately invoice daily work orders, ensure materials, labor, and equipment are properly account ed for
• Follow up on invoice issues and document customer interactions
