Duties
- Operate seaming machine to desired specifications for shrink sleeves
- Rewind finished sleeve rolls or garments onto appropriate cores, ensuring proper tension and alignment
- Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols and manufacturing procedures diligently to ensure a secure working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience with printing processes and machines is a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a warehouse or production environment
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving
