Responsibilities Include
- Work in combination with departmental directors to coordinate, manage and ensure successful realization of project and client needs/expectations.
- Establish and execute comprehensive client service plan.
- Develop and serve your client relationships to ensure repeat business and cross selling opportunities.
- Uses understanding of a multitude of modalities and diagnostic approaches within planning, design, and construction process.
- Coordinates and interacts with team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders as well as external consultants - architects, engineers, and construction managers on projects of varying scope and scale.
- Coordinate proposals and contracts.
- Assist with project scope, conceptual design, and creative solutions.
- Project schedules/budgets/billing.
- Project problem solving/finding solutions.
