Crimson Therapy Services is a growing speech-language therapy practice expanding our services to include psychological testing and evaluation for both children and adults. We’re looking for a Licensed Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team as an independent contractor (1099) to provide high-quality assessments and clear, family-friendly reports.

We are now adding psychological services to support:
- Developmental evaluations
- Autism evaluations
- Gifted and cognitive testing
- ADHD and learning concerns
- Social-emotional and behavioral screening
- Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including:
- Developmental assessments
- Autism spectrum disorder evaluations
- Cognitive and gifted testing
- ADHD and learning-related evaluations
- Social-emotional/behavioral screenings as needed
- Conduct:
- Clinical interviews with clients and caregivers
- Record reviews (school reports, medical notes, therapy notes, etc.)
- Standardized testing using appropriate assessment tools
- Write clear, timely, and practical evaluation reports, including:
- Diagnostic impressions (when appropriate)
- Strengths-based descriptions
- Functional recommendations for home, school, and community
- Referrals to other providers or services when indicated
- Provide feedback sessions to explain results to families in a compassionate, understandable way and answer questions.
- Collaborate with our speech-language pathologists and other team members to:
- Coordinate care
- Support treatment planning
- Help families navigate services and next steps
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, records, and test protocols in compliance with ethical, legal, and payer standards.
- Assist with service development, as needed, such as:
- Recommending assessment tools and workflows
- Offering input on referral criteria, packages, and processes
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
- Current, active license as a Psychologist in the state of Georgia (or license-eligible with a clear plan/timeline).
- Experience with developmental and diagnostic evaluations, particularly:
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Developmental delay
- ADHD and learning concerns
- Cognitive/gifted testing
- Strong skills in standardized assessment, interpretation, and report writing.
- Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex information in a warm, down-to-earth way for families.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with electronic medical records and secure documentation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team (SLPs, office staff, billing, etc.)if necessary.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a W-2 employee position.
- Flexible schedule – You may set your own testing days and hours in coordination with clinic availability.
- Part-time to start, with potential to grow as referrals increase.
- Compensation is typically per evaluation or per hour, based on:
- Type and length of evaluation
- Time spent on testing, scoring, report writing, and feedback sessions
- Contractor is responsible for:
- Maintaining professional liability (malpractice) insurance
- Managing their own taxes and business expenses
- Upholding all ethical and legal standards for psychological practice in Georgia
