ENROLLMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Hours 8:00 AM - 4:00 ; Monday, Wednesday, Friday EVERY Saturday 8:00AM- 2:00PM

• Verify customer identity and scan required documents into database system
• Track processing time for each applicant and ensure applicants are processed in appropriate order
• Facilitate background processing to include capturing quality electronic fingerprints, photographs and signatures
• Create opportunities to add value for customers through the upselling of retail products and services when offered
• Follow all company policies regarding the security and confidentiality of each applicant and their information to ensure they are safeguarded at all times
• Superior customer service to internal and external customers
• General maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment, contacting the technical help desk when needed for computer hardware and software issues.
• Represents the company in a professional and customer oriented manner
• Successfully completes time sensitive trainings/briefings as assigned.
• Report monthly enrollment data to manager

• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complex situations
• Strong written communication skills. Ability provide written responses on a deadline
• Comfortable with performing basic administrative tasks
