Overview
Load Bearing Pros is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential structural remodeling projects throughout Northern Utah.
This position works directly with the owner to coordinate projects from permit approval through completion. The ideal candidate has construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, schedules, and client expectations.
This is a hands-on management position requiring regular site visits and communication with crews, clients, engineers, and city inspectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines
- Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
- Communicate with homeowners throughout projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries
- Review plans and engineering documents
- Resolve field issues and construction challenges
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
Qualifications
- Construction management experience preferred
- Residential remodeling experience preferred
- Ability to read construction plans
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
