Full Time Host Role - Crimson Lane Vineyards
Who We Are: Crimson Lane Vineyards is a new Virginia winery in Linden. We are a small production vineyard committed to creating premium estate wines and offering our guests a friendly but elevated experience.
Our Tasting Room: Will are open by appointment only Thursday to Sunday. We believe in taking time to introduce Crimson Vineyard, share our story and talk about our wines with our guests.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Courteously greet customers and provide them with fun, educational and outstanding customer service that always exceed expectations
- Answer telephones, process orders, and provide customer service
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Assist with routine housekeeping including, cleaning, stocking of retail products and washing and polishing glasses and other duties as assigned
- Cultivate long term relationships with customers and club members to keep them coming back.
- Performs opening and closing duties, as needed
- Maintain a high level of relevant Crimson Lane wine and Vineyard knowledge by remaining familiar with current press information, memos, marketing information, private experiences and other wine related publications provided to you
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, stoop and lift at least 25-40 pounds
- Work weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Desired commitment of Thursday-Sunday or 3 of those 4 days.
