What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your residential team through coaching, training, and mentoring
- Support residents in achieving daily goals while ensuring a safe, structured environment
- Review and approve documentation to keep everything accurate and audit-ready
- Facilitate daily schedules: chores, meals, activities, community outings, and events
- Bring energy and consistency to house routines while building strong relationships
- Host monthly team meetings, provide ongoing training, and complete staff reviews
- Communicate with directors and clinical staff to support residents’ needs and progress
- Step in when challenges arise and celebrate when successes happen
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Experience working with individuals with autism, oppositional defiance disorder, or conduct disorder
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, human services, or related field
- Training or knowledge in behavior analysis
