What You'll Be Responsible For
- Working closely with a variety of students based across the world - including the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe (within a time zone appropriate for you)
- Conducting 1:1 tutoring sessions with students on a frequent, ongoing basis
- Using IBDP curriculum knowledge to deliver high-quality academic tutoring to students in a particular subject
- Preparing students for upcoming examinations and strengthening base concepts in order to improve performance
- Maintaining reasonable levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions
- You are a 99th percentile IB graduate and/or have extensive IB tutoring experience
- You have strong content knowledge of the IBDP subject(s) you want to tutor and can confidently support students across all topics
- You have at least 5-10 hours of availability to tutor each week (more preferred)
- You have a reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free online tutoring setup
- You’re detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
