Qualifications
- Minimum of two years customer service experience in hospitality or retail industries
- Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn and expand industry knowledge
- Solution-oriented, positive and thrives on overcoming obstacles
- Loves to 'Focus on Good,' isn't deterred by challenges or unexpected setbacks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to achieve results
- Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency
- Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to work largely standing, moving, bending and reaching
- Comfortable with wearing a headset, per drive-thru operations
- Model and coach teammates to provide uplifting customer experiences
- Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards
- Ensure baristas continually create specialty coffee beverages to company standards
- Affinity to stay on top of industry trends and product innovations
- Execute and oversee store opening and closing tasks to company standard
- Maintain a clean, tidy and food-safe store environment
- Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee
- Maintain positive and professional environment, ability to teach and train baristas
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and uplifting manner
- Support inventory management, as assigned
- Support professional development of store team / talent plan
- Ensure proper cash management
