Position OverviewThe Executive Director serves as the executive administrator responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this individual ensures high-quality, trauma-informed services and advances long-term sustainability.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Operations
• Lead long-term strategy and oversee daily operations
Fundraising & Development
• Secure funding through grants, donors, and partnerships
Financial Management
• Develop and manage budget and financial reporting
Staff Leadership
• Hire, develop, and support staff
Community Engagement
• Build partnerships and represent the organization
Program Development
• Ensure effective victim services and program growth
Board Governance
• Support Board engagement and reporting
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 5 years leadership experience; 10 preferred
• Strong fundraising and financial management skills
• Experience in nonprofit or human services
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
