Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Stillmore, GA. As a Human Resources Representative for the 2nd shift, responsibilities include supporting HR functions such as employee relations, administering HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations such as the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The representative will also assist in fostering a positive work environment by addressing staff concerns, maintaining records, and facilitating effective communication between employees and leadership.


Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) and experience in HR Policies implementation
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a similar HR role, particularly in a manufacturing or production environment, is a plus
