Our Sales Associates:
- Ask open ended questions to discover the needs of customers, and properly recommend no-contract wireless phones, service plans, accessories, and more
- Use down time productively by training, creating flyers, posting on social media, planning events, and more
- Deliver outstanding service to retain customers and earn referrals
- Occasionally participate in outside sales events or promotions
- Perform opening/closing procedures, maintain store appearance, change planogram as needed, and help cultivate a positive working environment
Sales Associates receive compensation for qualified sales twice a month, in addition to base pay. There is no limit on what can be earned!
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate a computer and wireless equipment
- Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
- Assist with inventory maintenance
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
