Job Description
We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate for a Cricket Wireless–style prepaid cellphone store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, selling phones and accessories, and earning commission in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Sell prepaid wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, and add-ons
- Activate new lines, upgrades, ports, and device setups
- Educate customers on Cricket promotions, plans, and features
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reports
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and inventory
- Resolve customer questions and basic technical issues
Requirements
- Retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS systems
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
