In this role, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, recommend the best products and plans, and close sales while delivering a positive in-store experience. You’ll also assist with store operations such as inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and provide tailored wireless solutions
Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals
Stay informed about Boost Mobile products, plans, and current promotions
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Maintain organized product displays and accurate inventory
Support daily store operations and contribute to team success
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and technology
Prior experience in retail, wireless sales, or customer service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Basic technical understanding of smartphones and mobile plans
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
