Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and energetic manner
- Sell Cricket Wireless products and services including phones, accessories, protection plans, and prepaid wireless solutions
- Drive key sales metrics including new activations, upgrades, accessories, and feature add-ons
- Educate customers on promotions, plans, and device features
- Maintain clean and organized merchandising standards throughout the store
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Participate in daily goals, contests, and team huddles
- Build customer relationships and create repeat business
- Support store operations and opening/closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
