Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional selling skills and customer service experience. This is a full-time position with weekly pay, offering an hourly wage plus commission. Open work availability is required.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals consistently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range: $13.00 hourly
• Base Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
