Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet company goals.

Hourly pay with the ability to earn commission based on metrics. Unlimited earning potential depending on performance. Yearly raises. Monthly bonuses and bi-weekly commission if goals are met. This is a FT float position(34-40 hours a week), I need someone who has open availability to work open or close shifts (9:45-7:15 Monday-Friday, 9:45-6:15 on Saturdays, 11:45-5:15 on Sunday). Five days a week, weekends required.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with patience and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Must have a vehicle on site (most days).
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of retail math is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other sales tools
