What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Representative position at Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer?
We need someone who has the ability to work both shifts. Hours are M-F shift is 9:45 a.m.-6:15 p.m. or 11:45a.m.-8:15 p.m. Saturdays are 9:45-6:15 only and Sundays are 11:45-5:15. Must be able after training period is over to work a rotating weekend schedule. Possibly willing to work with someone's schedule- please after applying message me on the app and let me know availability. This is a part time position, 20 hours a week
Must be great at customer service! No previous sales experience required. Hourly pay plus commission if earned with potential for bonuses.

- Basic understanding of retail math is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other sales tools
