The Role:
As a& Wireless Retail Sales Representative,& you will be on the front lines helping customers find the perfect phone, plan and accessories. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on Cricket Wireless’ family of products, then we want to speak with you!

Responsibilities:
- Sell Cricket Wireless, plans, phones, and accessories “The Best Value in Wireless.”
- Hit and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention and autopay.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye.
- Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services.
- Enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with co-workers and consumers.
- Join in local marketing and community events to promote the brand.
& Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
- At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
- Attendance at off-site events during and after business hours required.
- Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
- Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. You must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
- Independent and self-motivated team player.
- Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
- Ability to use reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass background.
- Must have a fully functioning smartphone on your first day of work.
