The Crib Connection is a veteran- and family-owned baby gear rental company serving families vacationing along Florida’s Emerald Coast. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to assist with daily delivery and operational tasks.
This role is responsible for delivering and picking up baby gear such as cribs, strollers, and high chairs to vacation homes, condos, and hotels. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and able to work efficiently without direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up rental equipment on assigned routes
- Load and unload items safely and efficiently
- Inspect, clean, and organize equipment between rentals
- Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely service
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain organization of warehouse and delivery vehicles
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability on weekends and during peak seasons
Work Environment
This is a physically active, hands-on role that involves driving, lifting, and working outdoors. Routes may include multiple stops per day and require efficiency and attention to detail.
