You will serve as the leader of your program—guiding staff, supporting individuals served, and partnering with families and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of program operations, including staffing, budgeting, and service delivery
- Ensure high-quality care, safety, and a positive living environment for individuals served
- Serve as the primary liaison for families, community partners, and regulatory agencies
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and individualized service planning
- Supervise, coach, and develop program staff, including training and performance management
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
- Implement clinical policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives
- Promote and uphold individuals’ rights and person-centered care practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
- QIDP qualification required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience (leading at least 4 staff)
- Experience working with individuals with ID/DD and behavioral support needs
- Strong background in crisis intervention, service planning, and program management
- Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Master’s degree in a Human Services field
- Prior experience managing an ICF or residential program
- Residential setting
- Ability to assist with lifting and provide physical support when needed
- Ability to respond to behavioral or medical emergencies
