Available Shifts: Full Time, Part Time, Weekends

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support with daily living (meals, hygiene, meds, etc.)
- Help individuals explore their community and build relationships
- Keep accurate notes and work closely with your team
- Be a positive, reliable presence in someone's life
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to cook and manage household tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to show empathy and understand the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Willingness to learn and participate in job-specific training and ongoing professional development.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, communication, and training purposes.
Physical Demands
- Requires light and/or heavy lifting, repetitive bending, sight, hearing, and ability to move with ease.
- Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, push, lift, pull, reach, sit and walk for periods of time.
Working Environment
- Indoor and Outdoor program site and various community locations.
