This role provides hands-on coordination for scheduling, documentation, KPI tracking, risk reporting, requirements workshops, and day-to-day support of large-scale cyber and enterprise IT initiatives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders to:
- Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and correction plans
- Maintain and update project documentation, including KPIs, risk registers, change logs, and requirements
- Generate and deliver weekly status reports for project sponsors and stakeholders
- Capture meeting notes, action items, assignments, and timelines
- Participate in requirements workshops and help document business and functional needs
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking activities
- Assist with compliance to INL security, safety, quality, and documentation standards
- Experience supporting IT or cybersecurity project coordination or project management
- Strong foundation in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Experience with project risk management, tracking, and documentation
- Proficient in maintaining project artifacts (e.g., schedules, KPIs, risk logs, change documents, meeting minutes, project plans)
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Must work onsite at INL and meet HSPD-12 suitability requirements
- Project management certification: PMP, CAPM, or CSM
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM or similar enterprise PM tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity)
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or highly technical IT programs
One Of The Following Is Required
- Bachelor's degree 2 years relevant experience, OR
- Master's degree, OR
- 6 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree
- Onsite work in a secure federal facility
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 badge
- Primarily computer-based work requiring routine desk activity
- Regular, predictable attendance is required for mission-critical delivery
