Job Summary
The Robot Lead directs the daily activities of the welding departments in an efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This position supervises all work related to robotic welding.
Job Responsibilities

Reading blueprints, sketches, diagrams, or other drawings to determine work requirements

Direct processes for team and ensure they remain on task

Inspecting welds for quality and defects, using appropriate tooling

Reading and interpreting blue prints to determine proper setup and procedures

Operating robotic welding equipment to weld aluminum, steel and stainless steel
- Data collection and reporting

Following safety guidelines and procedures
Job Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Strong computer skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Ability to perform basic math skills accurately

Ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation

The hourly pay rate is $26-$29/hr
