Paving Foreperson -Construction
What You Can Expect
- $25.00/per hour and up based on experience
- Company Pick-up & gas card
- Annual increase potential
- Paid Time Off
- Per Diem & Night Shift Differential.
- $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of a paving crew. .
- Work with equipment, laborers, and management
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the paving process.
- Train employees on proper paving techniques and safety procedures
- Work Outside
- 80% of health care cost paid by the Company year round
