The Operations Finance Coordinator I is responsible for inputting daily sales and banking and all accounts payable activities. Other key responsibilities for the role are listed below.
Job Responsibilities
- Processing invoices for payment in the accounts payable department.
- Requesting vendor statements, reconciling statements
- Inputting daily sales and banking
- Filing and assisting with monthly closing of records.
- Communications with vendors regarding issues with payment, invoices, etc.
- Handling receipts and disputes
- Bank deposits and post-office mail pick-up
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Some accounting (preferred)
- Computer Experience
- Microsoft Excel
- Customer Service
- Understand and align with all company policies and procedures
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
