We are hiring a Vice President, Growth & Portfolio Management - Food & Nutrition Services for Aramark Healthcare . 

Aramark Healthcare is seeking a visionary executive to serve as Vice President, Growth & Portfolio Management – Food & Nutrition Services, leading the strategy, design, commercialization, and financial performance of our Food & Nutrition Services business across U.S. Acute Care.

This is a high-impact, enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping how Food & Nutrition Services are designed, priced, sold, and delivered at scale—transforming FNS into a strategic driver of patient experience, clinical outcomes, and financial performance.

Job Responsibilities

As the Product-Line President for Food & Nutrition Services, you will own the national FNS portfolio and lead category strategy, pricing governance, and growth enablement in partnership with Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Finance.

You will help redefine how food, nutrition, culinary innovation, and retail experiences support healing, workforce engagement, and healthcare system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

• Own and govern the national Food & Nutrition Services portfolio, including culinary platforms, clinical nutrition models, retail concepts, and technology integration.
• Lead multi-year category strategy to drive scalable growth and competitive differentiation.

Growth Strategy & Commercial Enablement

• Build portfolio-led growth strategies aligned to Sales and field operations.
• Translate food and nutrition excellence into compelling value propositions tied to patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and efficiency.

Pricing & Deal Governance

• Co-own pricing and deal structure decisions with Sales and Finance to ensure margin discipline and operational feasibility.

Category Leadership Office

• Lead a center of excellence focused on analytics, innovation, and portfolio lifecycle management.

Operational Alignment

• Ensure portfolio standards translate into consistent, high-quality execution across regions.

Client Impact

• Elevate Food & Nutrition Services outcomes for strategic clients, strengthening renewal health and long-term partnerships.

Financial Leadership

• Drive topline growth, margin expansion, and operating income performance for the FNS category.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in food services, healthcare, hospitality, or complex service portfolios.
• Proven success leading product strategy, commercialization, or P&L-owned categories in multi-site environments.
• Strong GM mindset with the ability to balance strategy, economics, and execution.
• Deep understanding of healthcare food service, clinical nutrition, retail, and patient experience dynamics.
• Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional leadership capability.
